Civil Engineer at XAD Technologies in UAE
Position: Civil Engineer Telecom infrastructureLocation: UAECompany: XAD TechnologiesSalary Package:6000 to 7000 AED per month
Job Responsibilities:
Site Supervision:
Oversee and manage construction sites to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.Monitor the work of subcontractors and other third-party agents.Project Management:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil engineering projects.Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.Design and Drafting:
Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.Use CAD software to create detailed designs and plans.Quality Control:
Implement quality control procedures to ensure the quality of construction works.Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure materials and workmanship comply with project standards.Safety Management:
Enforce safety protocols on site to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any issues encountered.Prepare reports and documentation for management and clients.Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Provide technical advice and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.Knowledge: Understanding of local construction codes and regulations.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
