MTS brings you comprehensive support that spans ground operations, outsourcing, property upgradation, CAFM integration, energy management, and a full spectrum of facilities services. The operations are powered by a customized CAFM system, leveraging the latest AI-driven technology for managing and tracking maintenance requests.ResponsibilitiesOversee and enhance the operational aspects of Makeen Technical Services, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and efficiency across all technical teams and projects.Manage and oversee the work of technical teams, ensuring Zero Jobless Rate at any point in time.Maintain the inventory of equipment/tools, materials, and spares.Prepare and execute PPM/RM/CM tasks.Provide management and clients with periodic reports in compliance with the contracts.Monitor the daily allocation of staff to different sites and contracts.Control and monitor the staff transfer, welfare, and safety at the site.Train staff and adopt best practices as per the prevailing market standard.Attend client meetings to understand the project's scope of works, payment terms, etc.Survey, prepare estimates and proposals for tendering/biddings.Arrange for project mobilization, staffing, and fleets.Manage additional profitable new contracts and variation work from within the existing contracts in line with the agreed targets.Assist in the selection of employees.Recommend internal promotions and performance appraisals.Recommend salary bands based on market trends.Conduct periodic analysis of actual expenses incurred on projects and contracts.Track LPOs, invoices, and payables.Define purchasing recommendations that support business goals.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale and warranties of goods and products with key suppliers and vendors.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of contracts with contractors and/or service providers.Direct and manage sourcing strategies from beginning to end.Monitor vendor, service provider, outsourcer, and/or contractor performance to ensure quality of service.Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communication with clients and customers.Ensure the optimum usage of fleets to avoid idle times.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.Skills & Professional RequirementsStrong leadership and team management skills.In-depth knowledge of facilities management operations.Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors.Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in written and verbal communication.Experience RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years of experience in facilities management within the UAE.Proven track record in operational management and team leadership.UAE Driving License is preferred.Attributes and BehavioursStrategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.Proactive and results-driven.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.Strong people skills to effectively manage both client and team relations.
