Job Title: Customer Chat Support Specialist Location: Delhi Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations and Backend Specialist to join our team at YaMarkets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Forex markets, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently manage backend operations. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day tasks and operational activities assigned by the manager. - Provide prompt responses to queries from the team and clients. - Oversee operational workflows and ensure the smooth execution of all tasks. - Maintain and update task-related MIS reports in Excel and Google Sheets. - Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues. Customer Support and System Management: - Maintain and optimize backend systems and databases to ensure smooth functionality. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within trading systems. - Collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance system features. - Conduct regular system audits and address any technical issues. - Implement automated processes to drive operational efficiency. Required Skills: - Strong communication skills with the ability to respond promptly and effectively. - Multitasking and time management skills to handle diverse responsibilities. - Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word); knowledge of database management tools. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in operations, Back-end support, or similar roles, preferably within a BPO or 24x7 environment. - Familiarity with chat support functions and client management. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. - Experience in the Forex market or financial services sector is a plus. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
