Having Three State of Art Manufacturing Units; Two at Rajkot and One at Lucknow & having PAN INDIA Distribution Network. We are offering wide range of Plumbing and Agriculture Pipes and Fittings so we can say that “WE THE PIPING PEOPLE”  To Strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for Young, Dynamic Professional team who could Contribute and be a part of the Growth story of our organization. This position will directly report to Directors.  Job Description / Responsibilities - Ø Sales & Distribution Management Ø Sales and distribution data analysis Ø Lead management. Ø  Contacting Dealers / Distributors / Plumbers for Sales Ø Tracking Outstanding Collection & follow up with Sales team Ø  Account Management Ø Monitoring, Analyzing Sales Department’s Targeted v/s Actual Sales Numbers & presenting Analysis report to Management Ø MIS & Reporting of Sales function Ø Managing Social Media handles Ø Market & Coemption Analysis Ø Fostering Sales culture Ø Identifying bottlenecks in Sales Process and Initiate Corrective actions Ø  Day to day Coordination & Supporting On field Sales Team Ø Distribution Planning and Strategy Ø  Yearly Sales Proposal and Target Planning & Execution Ø Reviewing new Sales Proposal Ø Managing CRM Activities Ø Generating Talent Pool data base from Market Ø Co-ordination with Customers and resolving their issues   Candidate Prerequisites – Ø Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree or any equivalent Qualification Ø Should have experience of on field Sales function Ø Having understanding of CRM activities Ø Should have blend of Strategical thinking, Execution & Planning Ø Candidate should have experience of Corporate Sales Ø Confident & Strong Communication / Presentation Skills
