Position Summary As a Junior Business Process Owner E2E Planning for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning and execution of end-to-end business processes related to IBP within the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement. You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring process improvements to ensure they are sustainable and drive business value in the context of IBP. The position needs to cover following tasks:

• Define, develop, implement, and monitor the End-to-End Planning Processes and Strategies with a continues improvement approach and the related technical solutions to incorporate new business models and new business partnerships.
• Coordinate the monthly planning processes and ensure closed-loop process discipline for the monthly IBP/ S&OP process.
• Analyze the needs for further development of supply chain planning processes.
• Ensure consistency of planning and planning scenarios across our multi-echelon planning network with the aim to ensure high service levels at adequate inventory and cost levels.
• In cooperation with counterparts in Information Technology Take the appropriate measures in case of deviations to ensure the seamless daily operations of End-to-End Planning processes and systems.
• Manage the system configuration incl. master data, quarterly releases, and validation of new features for the supply chain planning system.
• By developing and optimizing business processes in close collaboration with IT, bring innovation and advanced analytics, machine learning and other advanced methods into the planning processes to ensure the next level of digital readiness for the Business.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management is required. An MBA or a Master’s in Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in global Supply Chain Management.
• 3+years Supply Chain or Planning Management.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies.
• Experience in working with SAP and/or other ERP Systems.
• Advance level in Microsoft office tools.
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
