Monitor and control multiple projects in the Marketing and Design Team.

Manage projects from beginning to end, including planning, execution, and cross-functional involvement in marketing projects and processes.

Build aggressive schedules that adhere to fast-paced timelines, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.

Consider each milestone and task as a project.

Strong understanding of Project Framework and SDLC.

Proactively communicate with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and marketing teams to ensure clear visibility into and accountability for upcoming milestones/deliverables.

Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously for different marketing team leads.

Lead meetings and calls with clear agendas, action items, follow-up notes, and issue tracking.

Proactively mitigate risks within project scopes, helping to escalate and drive resolution with the team.

Facilitate SCRUM meetings and ensure the desired agenda is achieved by the end of the meeting.

Scheme sprints, pick tasks from OKRs based on priority, and place them in sprints.

Proactively identify hindrances and ensure timely resolution.

Follow a designated project management methodology to achieve all tasks.

Provide daily status reports to Project Managers on actions completed and planned.

Plan and schedule calendars with limited consultation, resolving calendaring conflicts.

Be driven and tenacious with the ability to deliver multiple projects against competing deadlines.
