In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving our IT maturity forward and enabling the enterprise's future growth. You will partner closely with the SAAS Engineering and IT Support teams to deliver process and technology solutions that enable them to support our internal customers while meeting our security, compliance and business objectives.This role will report directly to the Senior Director, IT Engineering.What You'll DoDefine and implement Affirm's ITSM strategyImplement new Asset management platformDefine and track health metricsDevelop software asset management strategy and approachRecommend cmdb approach that makes sense for managing a primarily SAAS environmentEstablish IT governance and change control processes as neededEnsure internal policy adherenceLead the Client Engineering TeamRemotely deploy and manage Affirm devicesDefine and implement OS version testing strategyImprove Affirm's security posture through active vulnerability managementResponsible for logistics and hardware acquisitionHelp develop IT's 3-year strategyServe as a trusted member of the IT leadership teamNavigate and manage within an environment of ambiguity with diverse partnersWhat We Look For10+ years of experience with IT management or related experienceHands-on experience working in a matrixed organizationAn understanding of leveraging Jamf MDM to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient data governanceExcellent communication skillsExperience with negotiation and resolving conflict from a place of listening and collaborationPay Grade - SEquity Grade - 7Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc.
