Job Description: Senior Tribe Agile Coach

As an Agile coach, you make a crucial contribution to one of the largest Agile Transformations in Europe. In this specific role, you will work for the Tribe FEC Tech as a Senior Agile coach. Together with the Area coaches and the Tribe Leadership team at FEC Tech, you facilitate the creation of an effective scaled Agile environment. You & Your Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Tribe Agile coach with a growth mindset and the drive to let the organization flourish. Will you help Rabobank transform to become faster, more digital, and more client-focused? And do you dare to make a difference by stepping in at different levels of the organization?

With Rabobank's Agile scaling framework 'Simplify@Scale,' you enable the success of Rabobank's digital transformation. From Senior leadership to Scrum Masters and Product Owners, you coach, consult, and guide on what is needed to further develop Rabobank into a professional Agile organization at scale.

As a Senior Tribe Agile coach, you are part of the Tribe FEC Tech. You work in this Domain and coach your stakeholders in their strategic and tactical challenges. As an Agile coach, you require a strong conceptual knowledge of Agile, a collaborative and proactive attitude, good coaching skills, and a helicopter view. You actively work on further embedding and developing the Simplify@Scale framework for Rabobank and on specific coaching assignments within our Domain.

Assignment Examples

Implementing the Simplify@Scale heartbeat on all levels of the Domain and helping triangles (leadership) with their roles and responsibilities in the heartbeat events.

Guiding and supporting Product Owners on all levels to improve their product management skills and vision and quantifying & measuring business value.

Continuous improvement of refinement and backlog management on all levels.

You & Your Talent

Academic working and thinking level.

Experience with scaled Agile (preferably Simplify@Scale).

Expert in Agile with strong coaching skills.

Mastery of the English language; fluency in Dutch is a plus.

Experience with complex problem-solving.

Exhibit a growth mindset and willingness to learn from feedback.

Ability to convince professionals and hold your own in different contexts, always aiming for the continuous improvement of organizations.

Work as a trusted advisor to stakeholders identifying possible improvements proactively.

Carry out systemic interventions, recognizing group dynamics in teams and triangles, and know how to intervene in the undercurrent to improve teamwork.

Encourage the Rabobank organization to use Agile to achieve maximum results for the customer.

Support the Domain in achieving their business objectives.
