Job Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all items are clean, dry, and properly stored in their designated areas.
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain them in good working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and counters.
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines as per company policies and health regulations.
- Dispose of garbage and waste in a timely and sanitary manner.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, requesting replacements as necessary.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
