Responsible for implementing Safe working practices. To develop simple training instructions /procedures for various tasks. Responsible for delivering classroom as well as OJT training & demonstration of modular skills To ensure availability of training consumables, PPEs, during training. Organize training aids, tools and equipment, preparing material for demonstration purpose. To coordinate for periodic maintenance of construction equipment and tools at training Centre. Coordinate with site foremen for OJT Shadowing & monitoring technicians during OJT. To develop continuous improvement in training and effectiveness evaluation methods. Responsible for conducting annual skill assessment and certification of existing technicians. To maintain the inventory of required tools and consumables and raise the request for necessary items. To Deploy skill matrix and continuously update the same and facilitate Skill based deployment. Responsible for maintaining 5S across training centre. Supply of data related to training coverage and effectiveness for the preparation of MIS. Collaborate with all levels of the organization and work effectively within a team environment.
