Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing multiple accounts, building strong client and relationships, and driving integrated communications campaigns. You'll be part of an experiend team of professionals, engaging with media and consumers across various channels on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities: • Independently manage multiple accounts and cultivate mid-level relationships with clients. • Prepare for, drive, and manage follow-ups to regular client meetings. • Demonstrate a clear understanding and interest in client businesses and sectors. • Stay updated on current affairs, and industry trends, and relate them to client situations. • Shape and pitch story ideas and strategically relevant content ideas for clients. • Lead key media, influencer, and stakeholder relationships. • Integrate digital elements into strategy, planning, and execution. • Brief and support teams in delivering creative content across media channels. • Showcase strong presentation skills and maintain high writing standards. • Supervise and motivate team members, providing real-time feedback. • Manage quality control, and client approvals, and ensure financial accountability. • Contribute to the external marketing activity of the company and identify business opportunities. • Actively contribute to new business processes, pitch proposals and identify leads/opportunities. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate public relations. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in a related field. • Proven ability to manage large projects and small teams on sizable accounts. • Comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and key stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work with senior leadership to develop and execute communications plans. • Familiarity with best practice communications tactics and PR tools.
