CNM, Clinical Nurse Manager, Leopardstown, D18 (Dublin South) Full Time Permanent Role Salary: Dependent on Experience Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for a Nursing Unit in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. This unit is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000 and operates a total of 32 nursing and care homes in Ireland.
Overview of the Role:
Cpl is now seeking applicants for a Clinical Nurse Manager role in a newly opened Care facility for Older Adults in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. The roles available are full time permanent and will require the availability to work weekends/nights.Duties:
- Clinical Practice
- Medication Management
- Staff Supervision & Training
- Auditing
- Residents/Relatives - Person Centre
- Management
Qualifications:
- BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
- Previous managerial training/experience is an advantage.
- Registered on the NMBI live register.
- Excellent Leadership, Organisational, and Communication skills.
- Sound decision-making ability.
- Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
- Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
- Results driven.
