The Aga Khan Foundation is recruiting aProgram Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skillsbased in Pakistan.

As the Program Development Consultant - Youth Employment Soft Skills, the successful candidate will be responsible to:

Develop a Youth Employment Soft Skills (YESS) and Work Readiness package, drawing on the Aga Khan Foundation's Youth Entrepreneurship and Employable Skills (YES) program package and other relevant programs.

Develop a YESS Facilitators Manual, drawing on YES.

Refine the YES pre-/post-assessment tools to evaluate learners' acquisition of the intended competencies.

Deliver virtual training to YESS facilitators from partner organizations on the delivery of YESS content using participatory and active learning methods.
