An ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant people manager as well as a strong team player.ResponsibilitiesFoster a culture of team involvement in user research, team analysis, design rationale and decision making based on user needsManage the usability and accessibility testing process from recruiting participants, designing test tasks, and preparing discussion guides, to test moderation, analysis and presenting resultsInfluence other teams (tribes) or entities (global) agenda with their findings and vision of the product strategy, considering larger business goals and longer term visionCollaborate in global or domains or cross company research topics and could be a reference for the topic outside the companyUnderstands and carries business and user goals & priorities into the research roadmaps and plans.Produces and communicates robust research insights that impact the strategy at cross tribe or/and global levelMake exceptional product strategy contributions, facilitating discussions and workshops, where there is likely to be a significant business or organizational impactCreate Organizational courses to share Research 101 thinking to all learn from and be implemented by research teamAssessing which areas are worthy of future research in line with business/ commercial objectives, and starting projects to look into them.Strong command of a broad set of qualitative and quantitative user research methods with the ability to discern and recommend the right method(s) for a project.Demonstrated ability to define and implement Agile UX research practices.Demonstrate an understanding of creative and advertising production and design aestheticHelp develop customer personas and map out the end to end customer journey acrossDefines together with the team the research processesManages the collaboration interfaces with designChallenges existing and adapts new methodsParticipate in the Division's budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting processParticipate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective DepartmentManage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelor's Degree in User Experience Design, Design Communication, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, Human Factors, Psychology, Design, HCI, or related field5-8 years of experience in user research across qualitative and quantitative methods1-2 years experience leading a research teamHigh level expert in experimental design for qualitative research, user-centered design methodology, data analysis, and reporting and communicating resultsExpert level planning, designing, preparing and running user research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement (including contextual discovery, experience mapping, diary studies, early stage concept and prototype testing, lab based and contextual usability and accessibility testing)Arabic and English language is requiredExperience with KSA market is highly preferredAdditional InformationWe offer visa & relocation support globally to our permanent employees.Exchange ideas and meet 2000+ colleagues from different teams within Delivery Hero in our active guilds and through our global tech & product community.Develop your skills with your personal educational budget for conferences and external training.Access our e-learning platform LinkedIn and participate in our various inhouse training, including German learning options.And much more…
