Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Prepare sales reports and present to senior management
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel

5-7 Years of relevant Experience Required
