They support our Cloud, Software and PPM operations and assist Zones Sales (Account Manager, Cloud and Software Specialist, Advanced Technology Executive) in successfully delivering on various OEM Licensing publishers and Microsoft Operations workstreams. This role requires extensive knowledge of MS Public sector and EA licensing expertise with a desire to develop software lifecycle management expertise and licensing experience. This position will work closely with the Software Asset Management team, Lifecycle Licensing team as well as the AMs, CSSs and ATEs in their selling efforts.What you'll do as the Operations Specialist - MS Contracts:Creation and maintenance of specialized MS Contracts out of scope for MS Contracts teamManage incoming cases against Cloud and Software operations action itemsGenerate publisher Bill of Materials, upon requestCreate Opportunities in Microsoft Partner CenterQC MS Contracts workstreams as neededAct as subject matter expert, provide guidance on the best Microsoft licensing strategyDevelop and maintain levels of expertise in Top Tier OEM Publisher productsProvide appropriate, timely and accurate communications to management, and be prepared to handle any special and ongoing tasks as assigned.What you will bring to the team:EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:4-yr degree preferredCERTIFICATES/LICENSES, ETC:Microsoft MCP - Large OrganizationsMicrosoft P-CE (Commercial Executive)REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Experience working with Microsoft software licensesExperience working with ticketing systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to provide world class customer serviceDemonstrated strong communication and proven ability to resolve complex issues in a timely mannerAbility to act quickly to issues and develop solutionsDemonstrated track record of achieving productivity goalsPREFFERED EXPERIENCE:Microsoft Public Sector licensing knowledgeTop Tier OEM Publisher licensing terms and conditions knowledgeAdobe experience a plusZones offers a comprehensive Benefits package:At Zones, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
