Take Your Hiring to the Next LevelResponsibilities:Provide administrative support to Legal Consultant / Director and enhance office effectivenessEffectively communicate with clients, colleagues and partnersTranslate contracts, agreements etc.Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary researchLocate and develop relevant case informationConduct the work with integrity and responsivenessType up and file basic legal documents and correspondenceAnswer and direct phone calls and maintain contact listsMonitor deadlines and juggle legal calendarsAbility to analyse a range of legal situationsThe Manager or the Director is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in law or in related fieldUnderstanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures2- 4 years of relevant experienceFamiliarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols Excellent Knowledge in Saudi Labor Law.Skills and Competencies:Comprehensive understanding of legal principles, regulations, and procedures relevant to the organization's industry and operations.Ability to research, interpret, and apply laws, statutes, and case law to provide accurate legal advice and guidance.Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities in contractual arrangements.Proficient command of English.
