DescriptionOverall Compliance Monitoring

Seek guidance / instructions from zonal GM, in consultation with Ops Excellence and other departments in HO and ensure further sharing with regions / areas in the spirit for best compliance.

Ensure overall effective use of observations and data through compliance checks to bring about continuous improvement in regions / area(s).

Provide support to different branch heads of regions to initiate appropriate response to official requirements.

Operational Efficiency

Implement robust data quality management practices to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Oversee enrolment / retention strategies to optimize resource utilization.

Manage supply chain & logistics to ensure timely & efficient resource delivery.

Effectively handle vendor management to build / maintain strong partnerships.

Establish communication forums and channels to facilitate seamless internal communication.

Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.

Resource Management

Upon instructions from higher-ups including GM, communicate schools, areas & regions requirements to different departments while acting as a bridge between various departments e.g. RMD, Education, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing and IT.

Verification, compilation / preparation and submission of central zone level annual reports / briefings including annual planning, RDP, NW planning, R&M, annual reviews and annual ceremonies etc. and ongoing procurement demand including R&M, centrally for all schools through concerned officials in regions.

Complete management and monitoring of R&M, fleet, logistical support, annual budget and procurement demands at Zone level for central activities / major events.

Network Planning & Development

Alignment with Zone's expansion plan, explore and cultivate opportunities with external partners through Regions / areas to enhance the organization's network.

Contribute to strategic growth and consolidation initiatives for the organization; taking lead from areas / regions and higher-ups.

Assist regions / areas in their efforts in documentation processes for land / school acquisitions for future development, where required.

Coordinate with government partners to align organizational goals with regulatory requirements.

Data Management

Acquire and compile data related to operational, financial, logistics and administrative issues and forward to relevant departments; accuracy and time management be kept as hallmark.

Ensure proper archiving of important data and its availability when and where required officially.

Assist regions / areas in collection, verification and resolution of data related issues (including audit and other administrative data).

Relationship / Growth Management

Maintain seamless communication with all departments of HO especially Ops Excellence and regions / areas, with utmost clarity and understanding the spirit of instructions.

Form and maintain strong working relationships with HO, regional & area teams to ensure a strong collaborative working environment.

Develop relationship of trust with seniors as well as field teams.

Provide requisite support to different staff of regions to comprehend and respond to any unresolved issues.

Assist regional staff in their professional growth, where required.

Quality Assurance

Oversee implementation of informed policies and amendments to ensure better outlook of the organization.

In consultation with senior management, develop and execute plans for program interventions to ensure effective execution.

Collaborate closely with education teams to align interventions with organizational goals and track to conclusive end.

Required Skills

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.

Ability to analyze data & generate insights to drive operational efficiency.

Effective communication and advocacy skills.

Command in IT programs (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Power BI etc).

Strong command over written & verbal communication, in English & Urdu.

Success in this role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to details and commitment to excellence in overall operational discourse.

Education

Bachelor's; Business Admin, Operations Management, Academic Coordinator or related field.

Experience

At least 2/3 years.
