Air Ticketing Officer/ Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Airline Ticketing Expert with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the airline industry. As an Airline Ticketing Expert, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their travel plans, booking flights, and providing exceptional customer service. Your in-depth knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures will be essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for our clients.Responsibilities:Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.Provide expert advice on travel destinations, flight options, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services.Efficiently handle ticketing, reservations, and bookings using computerized systems.Ensure customers have the necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports, for their intended destinations.Provide guidance on entry and exit requirements for various countries.Handle changes to cancellations and refunds while adhering to company policies and procedures.Requirements:Proven experience as an Air Ticketing Officer or in a similar role within the travel industry.Proficiency in computerized reservation systems (GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relation skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and transactions.Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visas, and travel regulations.Benefits:Competitive basic fixed salary package.Monthly unlimited incentives based on commissions.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Lunch facility by the company.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).Experience:Relevant: 2 years (Preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
