Our back-office operations in Karachi support our US-based teams. We are seeking a Senior Role in Mergers & Acquisitions Department to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth strategy.Job Summary:The Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing M&A transactions from inception to completion. This role requires an experienced professional with deep knowledge of Mergers & Acquisition processes, financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our growth strategy, working closely with senior management & CEO of the Group to identify, evaluate, and integrate potential acquisition targets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; ACCA/CA or CFA preferred.Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in M & A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with US business practices, regulations, and market dynamics.Willingness to work in US hours (6 PM to 3 AM PST).What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic and expanding global organization.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Work-life balance with flexible working arrangements.Job Type:Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
