Makoons Group of Schools is a premier network of educational institutions committed to providing quality early childhood education. We are looking for dynamic Sales Managers who can drive our expansion efforts and contribute to the growth of the Makoons family. Purpose: The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding the presence of Makoons Group of Schools in the assigned territory by identifying, appointing, and operationalizing new franchise partners. The role involves driving business growth through strategic partnerships and ensuring the successful launch and ongoing support of new centers. Role and Responsibilities: Achieve High-Quality Sign-Ups by:
- Aggressively pursuing leads provided by the central team.
- Proactively identifying and converting new leads through persuasive and high-quality sales pitches.
- Developing and executing effective strategies to attract potential franchise partners.
- Achieving timely operationalization of new franchise centers.
- Meeting revenue targets through effective operationalization.
- Maintaining excellence in the transition process from lead conversion to center inauguration.
- Guiding prospective franchise partners in identifying properties that meet Makoons’ criteria.
- Ensuring timely collection of franchise fees and billing necessary furniture and equipment to make the centers operationally ready.
- Providing franchise partners with the Makoons Franchise Manual and other essential resources to ensure they are fit-out ready within the timeline.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support the partner until the inauguration.
- Assisting new partners in sourcing mandated Welcome Kits for the inauguration.
- Coordinating with the Marketing Team to identify suitable areas and tools to ensure visibility and generate inquiries.
- Ensuring POP materials are in place as per pre-sign-off discussions.
- Managing and updating the Lead Management System.
- Meeting daily market visit norms and ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management.
- Validating KYC of prospective franchise partners and ensuring the subsequent submission to Head Office for sign-off of the MOU and Agreement.
- MBA/Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
