Our Cybersecurity Solutions and Services encompass Advisory Services, Technical Assurance, Solution Deployment, Professional Services, and Managed Security Services.Innovative Solutions is committed to its mission to Bring Trust to Cyberspace to ensure Your Business, Secured.Role DescriptionThe Information Security Specialist (GRC) will play a vital role in overseeing the governance, risk management, and compliance aspects of the organization's cybersecurity framework. You will lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain an effective governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) programConducting compliance assessments, cybersecurity audits, and risk management for IS clientsCollaborate with internal teams to develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and proceduresMonitor, track, and report on the organization's cybersecurity posture and compliance statusStay updated with emerging threats, trends, and relevant legislation impacting cybersecurity governanceCreate and present awareness workshops to IS clientsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on governance, risk management, and complianceStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practicesProven experience in conducting compliance audits, and risk assessmentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel to client sites within the kingdom as neededRelevant certifications such as CISA, ISO 27001, GCCC or similar are mandatory.
