This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and optimization of payment systems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.???? Job Purpose: As the Platform Owner - Payment (IT), you will leverage your extensive knowledge of payment technologies and business processes to drive system solutions, support specialized initiatives, and ensure seamless operation and compliance of payment platforms. You will coordinate with diverse product teams, including Software Engineers and Solution Architects, to meet quality, time, and cost objectives.???? Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Management: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in payment systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to risk, audit, and architectural guidelines to maintain compliance and support the bank's strategic goals.IT Roadmap & Process Improvement: Contribute to the IT Roadmap and identify opportunities for value addition in platform functionality. Align strategy with business demands.Strategic Partnerships: Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with business strategies to foster growth and innovation.People Leadership: Develop, motivate, and retain talent, and contribute to national leadership initiatives.???? Performance Measures:Successful delivery of payment solutions within the established timeframe and to customer satisfaction.Adherence to regulatory and best practice standards.Effective contribution to IT Roadmap and identification of value propositions.Quality management of strategic vendor partnerships.Leadership and development of team talent.???? Qualifications & Skills:Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a related field.Experience: Proven experience in banking and payment systems, with a solid understanding of payment management systems and regulatory requirements.Technical Skills: Expertise in payment technologies, APIs, financial processes, and relevant tools (e.g., Swift, SARIE, EFT Switches). Knowledge of Microservices, TIBCO, XML, JSON is advantageous.Behavioral Competencies: Strong conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, analytical skills, team leadership, and clear communication.????
