  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Legal knowledge of relevant employment laws (Malaysia or APAC)
  • Knowledgeable of HR rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Experience developing and revising HR Policies and procedures.
  • Experience creating training content and materials
  • Proven experience in HR governance, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their implications for HR governance
Responsibilities:
    SUMMARY OF JOB
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring Global compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • This position will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the HR governance and compliance framework ensuring adherence to legal regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
  • The role involves managing risks, ensuring ethical conduct, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the HR Function and the entire Organization.

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement and maintain HR governance strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with Global legal and regulatory requirements/regulations.
  • Lead the design and conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company's HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement governance best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR Team and management, on governance-related matters, compliance, risk management objectives, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze HR data and metrics to identify potential governance issues and recommend Global corrective or preventive actions.
  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations worldwide, and update governance frameworks accordingly.
