Architect

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Vision Plus Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Vision Plus application systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Vision Plus modules and architecture, coupled with a strong background in financial services and card processing systems. As a Vision Plus Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural solutions that meet business requirements, optimizing system performance, and ensuring the scalability and security of Vision Plus applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of Vision Plus solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of Vision Plus with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to ensure optimal operation and scalability.
• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that Vision Plus solutions adhere to industry security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system designs, data flows, and integration points.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Vision Plus updates. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of proven experience as a Vision Plus Architect or Senior Vision Plus Developer, with a strong understanding of its various modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, ITS, LTS).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and mainframe technologies.
• Strong knowledge of DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF.
• Experience with batch processing, job scheduling, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies such as IBM MQ and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Financial Services Experience: Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in card processing systems.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial services.
• Innovation and R&D: Experience with innovation and research and development in software solutions.

• This position requires to work from dedicated delivery center. Occasional on-call support and the ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Collaboration with global teams may be necessary, requiring strong communication and coordination skills.
