Job scope:As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the contact center in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and ensure that they provide excellent service to customers.Job responsibilities:Manage and supervise the daily operations of the contact center.Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Train and coach customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.Job requirements:Education level: Bachelor's degree2-3 years of proven experience in contact center management.Fluency in English.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in managing a contact center team.Knowledge of customer service best practices.
