Lenskart serves over 7 million customers with a presence in 175 Indian cities and Singapore across a network of 750+ omnichannel stores and has now entered the Middle East and USA markets.The Roleالمسؤوليات التشغيليةمسؤول عن الإدارة الشاملة للمتجر والارتقاء بكافة العناصر الأساسية.المسؤولية التامة عن المبالغ المحصلة من المتجر وإيداعها في حساب البنكي لشركة المسئوليه التامه عن المبالغ المستلمة من قبل الاداره وهي مبالغ للنثريات والاسترجاع والحفاظ عليها.يخطط جدول العمل الأسبوعي ويخصص المهام اليومية.يعقد اجتماعات يومية قصيرة مع الموظفين بأداء أدوارهم ومسؤولياتهم.يقوم بتدريب وإشراف الموظفين الجدد وتقييم مدى استيعابهم للمعلومات. يقدم ملاحظات بناءة للإدارة حول فرص التحسين المستمر.يحافظ على المخزون بعدد كامل لتقليل حالات نفاد البضائع ويقوم بعمل جرد شهري ويجب مطابقة الجرد الشهري للنظام او السستم بالشركة.يضمن عرض المنتجات وفقًا لإرشادات العلامة التجارية.يضمن عمل نقاط البيع والمعدات الأخرى بشكل صحيح.يتعاون مع فريق مسؤولين العرض والتسويق والمالية.يضمن مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء من خلال الخدمة الممتازة.يعالج شكاوى العملاء بشكل استباقي.يضمن النمو وزيادة معدل الحوالات والعمليات باستمرار.اكتساب معرفة عميقة بمنتجات العلامات التجارية والنظارات ومعرفة جيدة بالعلامات التجارية المنافسة.القدوة الحسنة وتعكس قيم العلامة التجارية والنزاهة والانضباط.الالتزام بالمعايير التشغيلية وسياسات الشركة.انخفاض نسبة خسارة المخزون عن طريق انخفاض الخسارة.ترتيب وتنسيق المعرض وجعله جاهزا للعملاء في كل الأوقات واتباع تعليمات مدير المنطقة أو المدير المباشر بكل ما يخص العمل وتوجيهاتهالمسؤوليات التجاريةتحقيق أهداف مبيعات الإيرادات الشهرية / السنوية.مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المخصصة.تحقيق هدف التصنيف وفقًا لمقياس صافي الترشيح (NPS) لتقييم مدى ولاء العملاء.تحسين التكاليف التشغيلية للمتجر .مراقبة انكماش المخزون والسيطرة عليه.الصحة والسلامة في مكان العملالتأكد من تعقيم وتنظيف أرضية المتجر بالكامل / المخزن بعد 24 ساعة.مراقبة مخاطر وسلامة الصحة في مكان العمل.التأكد من أن جميع الموظفين على دراية تامة بكيفية تقليل أو تجنب المخاطر والسلامة في مكان العمل.التأكد من تدريب جميع الموظفين جيدًا على عملية الحريق ومكافحته.التأكد من صيانة مطفأة الحريق بانتظام من قبل البائع المعتمد.التأكد من توفر تفاصيل الاتصال بالطوارئ في المتجر.Operational ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall management of the store and the upgrading of all essential elements.Full responsibility for the amounts collected from the store and depositing them in the bank account of the company Full responsibility for the amounts received by the administration, which are amounts for petty cash, recovery and preservation.He plans the weekly work schedule and allocates daily tasks.Holds short daily meetings with employees performing their roles and responsibilities.Trains and supervises new employees and assesses their absorption of information.
