We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team and help us achieve our mission. Job Summary: As a Junior HR Specialist at Alyke, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s day-to-day operations. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in human resources within the dynamic and exciting social media industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries and resolving minor issues.
  • Assist with HR compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or internship preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
