Hiring for work from home Talent Acquisition Executive position. Responsibilities:
- Calling candidates and informing them about the openings and the interview process.
- Sharing on whatsapp the interview link/address, company details and other information.
- Explaining company background and work profile
- Maintaining daily call records, list of people to appear for interview, list of people to be contacted later.
- Job listings on various sites
- Reminding candidates for attending interviews.
- Submitting daily progress reports
- Bachelors or more
- Fluent communication skills in english and hindi
- Basic computer skills, excel, job search sites etc.
- Laptop or PC
- Mobile Phone with whatsapp and linkedin app
- Working hours 11am to 8pm Monday to Saturday
- Salary Rs 15,000 per month
