We expect the engineers we employ to have the following qualifications, capabilities and able to take on the following responsibilities: 1. Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in:
• Computer Science/Information Technology
• Science & Technology or equivalent
• 3-5 years or more of experience working in a software development environment
• Familiar with software development practices: Agile and hybrid
• Familiar with (or want to learn) the following technologies and frameworks:
• AI: Large Language Model and Natural Language Processing
• Advanced development tools - eg Copilot and other AI-assisted programming experience
• Cloud: AWS, Azure and GCP
• Containerisation: Docker and Kubernetes
• NodeJS
• Python
• AngularJS/2
• Databases (RDBMS, NoSQL and Vector)
• Participated in the implementation of enterprise information system(s):
• Design principles and characteristics of large-scale applications
• Implementation of search/database at scale

2. Capabilities and Responsibilities

• Eager learner: learn and apply new technologies.
• Take responsibility for estimating, monitoring and communicating the progress of assigned tasks
• Liaise and communicate with international staff in both written and spoken English on project works on a daily basis.
• Design, analyse and develop solutions within a product framework development lifecycle, and following software patterns (and best practice).
• Maintains up to date documentation and software specifications
• Takes responsibility for the quality assurance of implemented components, including reading, writing and executing test plans
• Comfortably use source repositories: Git eg GitHub or GitLab
