Product development Coordinator

Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)

1. Monitor and manage OEM furniture products from suppliers.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings.
3. Draft drawings using AutoCAD.
4. Measure and inspect sample quality.
5. Advise on sample structure and appearance.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product specifications are met.
7. Report on product development progress and issues.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
9. Able to deal with Chinese suppliers.

Skills/ Knowledge/ Additional Remarks

1. Proven experience in drafting and reading technical drawings.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
3. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
4. Ability to measure and inspect physical samples.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
7. Knowledge of furniture product development and manufacturing processes.
8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
9. Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred.
10. Minimum of 1 year working experience in the furniture industry.
11. Ability to work independently and multitask.
12. Able to communicate with Chinese suppliers.
