Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management, the Program Director's primary responsibility is to lead and manage complex programs in OCIO portfolio which contains a dynamic set of business and technology transformation projects that enables the growth of PointClickCare. This role will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to optimize and enhance our quote to cash processes. To accomplish all of this, you will need to use your SaaS technology & implementation experience, program management skills and business acumen to build effective cross-functional partnerships, influence the business, and use organizational skills to navigate ambiguity. You will work in conjunction with Technology & Business Leaders and cross functional teams to successfully launch complex programs. This is a highly visible role interfacing with all levels of stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of quote to cash business processes, coupled with exceptional program management skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive the quote to cash transformation program from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business goals.Develop a comprehensive program strategy and roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.Effectively communicate the program's goals, achievements, blockers, impact and outcomes to SLT/ELT.Conduct thorough analysis of existing quote to cash workflows, systems, and technologies, identifying pain points and opportunities for optimization.Design and implement scalable solutions to streamline and automate quote to cash processes, leveraging Salesforce and Zuora.Manage relationships with multiple vendors and third-party partners, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Monitor program progress, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.Act as a subject matter expert on quote to cash business processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed.Develop contingency plans and strategies for addressing unexpected challenges or crises that may arise during program.Coach and mentor project managers and program managers.Required Technologies:Experience with project portfolio and project management tools; examples include MS Project, Smartsheet or JIRA. Hands-on working and administration knowledge of, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and CPQ. Working knowledge of Zuora Billing platform with direct business experience. Hands-on working knowledge of integration technology capability and design, including direct API and connectors (ex. Boomi), in Salesforce, Zuora and NetSuite; all other technologies a plus. Technology experience implementing pricing & packaging, contract, subscription and billing.Required Experience:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience in program management, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or strategic planning in a SaaS Company.Proven track record of successfully leading complex transformation programs, with a focus on quote to cash processes.Strong understanding of sales operations, order management, billing, and revenue recognition principles.Experience implementing Salesforce and Zuora. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving operational excellence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.Possesses extensive knowledge of product development processes, the software development lifecycle, release management and quote to cash processes and systems. Robust business acumen and ability to partner with senior business leaders to drive initiatives.Ability to distill complex issues, develop and implement effective strategies to drive alignment across multiple client groups. Intellectual curiosity to understand how things connect, and a drive to constantly be looking for how to make it better, ability to roll sleeves up and get work done.$144,000 - $160,000 a year. At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The CA base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $160,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all CA locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
