Develop and execute innovative cocktail recipes, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for customers.Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations based on preferences.

Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, creating a positive and memorable experience for patrons.Quality Control:Ensure consistency in the preparation of both coffee and cocktail beverages, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.

Regularly evaluate the freshness and quality of coffee beans, ingredients, and garnishes.Equipment Maintenance:Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and cocktail-making tools.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of equipment.Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, spirits, and other beverage-related items.

Collaborate with management to place orders and keep track of stock to prevent shortages.Menu Development:Contribute to the creation and enhancement of the coffee and cocktail menu, suggesting new and seasonal offerings.

Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.Training and Collaboration:Train and mentor other team members in the art of coffee preparation and mixology.

Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated service.Job SpecificationProven experience as a Barista or Mixologist with a focus on coffee and cocktails.

Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and cocktail ingredients.

Strong understanding of flavor profiles and the ability to create unique and appealing beverages.
