The Role

Constellation1 is looking for aTechnical Customer Support Representativefor the Data Services business unit. This role will provide frontline technical and customer support to Data Services customers who source their real estate data from Constellation1. The individual will be responsible for reviewing tickets, resolving technical and operational challenges, coordinating with teammates on solutions, and always delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.

Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, guiding them through the resolution process, and escalating complex cases to senior support staff when necessary.

Conduct technical research and analysis within the data services platform as needed.

Offer precise and comprehensive explanations to customer inquiries, delivering clear and detailed explanations and solutions verbally and in writing.

Manage incoming support and feature requests through an integrated support system and coordinate with members of the MLS data compliance team.

Be responsible for customer satisfaction and increasing the Data Services Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.

Provide administrative support to the customer support team, including generating reports, preparing documentation, and assisting with data entry tasks.

Competencies

Knowledge in and experience with API concepts.

Familiarity with Postman or similar tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset but not mandatory.

Familiarity with the Real Estate or Mortgage industries in North America is a big plus.

Note: Candidate will be required to work North American hours.
