The Impact You Will Make in this Role: As a IT Customer Facing QTM Tester, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Orchestrating and executing platform quality, test, and validation plans across the group’s portfolio in accordance with standards and operating procedures.
• Participate in the planning and execution of:
• Process Integration Testing (PIT)
• End-to-End Testing (E2E)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Regression Testing
• Working closely with eCommerce QTM leadership to coordinate timelines, deliverables, tools, and compliance.
• Communicating with appropriate urgency and transparency status on progress, issues, and plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
• Three (3) years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Three (3) years of experience as a Quality Tester – Website testing is mandatory.
• Experience with Agile Methodology

• Command of industry standard quality frameworks, and tools e.g. Life Sciences Validation (most preferred) , GAMP 5, Tricentis qTest, Requirements traceability
• Understanding of Marketing Technology capabilities and processes, including:
• Content Management Solutions (CMS)
• Product Information Management (PIM)
• Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Product Catalog
• B2B eCommerce (Preferred)
• Marketplace
• Where-to-Buy (WTB) solutions
• Customer Experience Management (CX)
• Familiarity with eCommerce models including:
• Process orientation
