- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted partner on all HR related matters.
- Work closely with managers to ensure HR related issues are dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Provide guidance and practical advice to managers and employees on all employment related matters in accordance with best practice, company policies and procedures and current legislation.
- Support with M&A's.
- Lead on all ER cases and ensure all matters are dealt with thoroughly and pragmatically.
- Ensure policies and procedures are fit for purpose and fully compliant with current UK legislation.
- Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process.
- Focus on continuous improvement by reviewing existing processes and making recommendations for change to improve service and efficiency.
- Use appropriate data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans where necessary.
- Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Support annual Q12 Gallup Survey process and develop and implement initiatives to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
- Support with training plans, coordinate external training, monitor, and deliver training where appropriate.
- To keep up to date with any legislative changes and developments and HR best practice.
- Support with the implementation of Group HR projects.
- Have a proven track record of HR business partnering.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or above.
- Within commutable distance to Coventry and Birmingham.
- Have worked in a manufacturing or logistics environment dealing with operations teams.
- Ability to plan & prioritise workload autonomously.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
