Sales Executive (On-Site) - Jawaad Trading Academy (JTA) Location: Nolambur - Chennai, India Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Commission Experience: 1-3 years in sales (preferably in education or online courses) Language Known: Spoken Hindi is a Must + English About Us: Jawaad Trading Academy is at the forefront of Forex trading education, specializing in smart money concepts and prop firm trading strategies. Our mission is to empower aspiring traders to achieve their financial goals through comprehensive and practical education. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our Chennai office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential clients and convert them into enrolled students through direct interaction, calls, and email outreach.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase the value of JTA’s courses.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and data integrity.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to the academy's growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively in person and over the phone.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other office tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Availability: Willing to work from the Chennai office, with flexibility for occasional travel if required.
