F&B - GSA | Engineer - Supervisor | Job Trainee (4 Star Hotel)

Engineering Supervisor:-

• Responsible to manage the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.
• Manage effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations.
• Should possess degree in Electrical Engineer with knowledge of high tension, low tension, maintenance of air conditioning equipment and other equipment used in the hotel.
• Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms and public areas including electrical equipment, plumbing, and Air conditioning Program TVs and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. 
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment. To monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation, and to handle emergencies involving the systems. 
• Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems. Communicate with different departments and provide them with information and assistance.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise either by the guest or other departments.
• Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

• Ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
• Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards..
• Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.
• Responsible for set up of all operating equipment and ensure to inspect linen, and condiments before the service.
• Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu.
• Ensure clearance of all soiled chinaware, glassware, silverware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival
• In the absence of the Food & Beverage Team Leader ensure to take guest orders, advice guests on specials menu options.
• Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to the Food & Beverage Head.
• Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum.
