Engineering Supervisor:-
- Responsible to manage the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.
- Manage effective management of all engineering and maintenance operations.
- Should possess degree in Electrical Engineer with knowledge of high tension, low tension, maintenance of air conditioning equipment and other equipment used in the hotel.
- Perform maintenance activities in the guest rooms and public areas including electrical equipment, plumbing, and Air conditioning Program TVs and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
- Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment. To monitor fire Alarm / Life Safety System systems as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation, and to handle emergencies involving the systems.
- Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems. Communicate with different departments and provide them with information and assistance.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any maintenance calls that arise either by the guest or other departments.
- Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.
- Ensure to provide proficient and professional Food & Beverage service to the guests by meeting and also exceeding their expectations.
- Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards..
- Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the food and services.
- Responsible for set up of all operating equipment and ensure to inspect linen, and condiments before the service.
- Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu.
- Ensure clearance of all soiled chinaware, glassware, silverware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival
- In the absence of the Food & Beverage Team Leader ensure to take guest orders, advice guests on specials menu options.
- Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to the Food & Beverage Head.
- Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
