Then we are looking for you!CoE Pricing Business BankingThe Center of Expertise Pricing Business Banking is part of Business Development, a central BBNL department working for all business banking products and segments. Price is an important driver behind decisions made by our customers, and also an important profitability driver for ING. With the strategic product-price positioning, we impact the results of the Domestic Bank Business Banking Netherlands, and also customer behavior, credit and market risk, and perception of our customers and society. As CoE Pricing we have a holistic view on Business Banking products and segments covering SEM, SME, MC, REF, Commercial Finance, Lease and Groenbank.On a daily basis, we are working together with a wide variety of stakeholders within the domestic and global bank (e.g. Sales, Service/ Delivery tribes, Finance, Risk, Media Relations, Compliance and Legal).Principal Pricing ConsultantThe role of a pricing consultant is twofold: on the one hand, you are running the business and executing the pricing strategy, and on the other hand, you are working on strategic pricing projects to transform the business. As a Principal Pricing Consultant, you are a driving force in furthering the pricing strategy together with your colleagues of CoE Pricing. You play a leading role in strategy and high priority projects.To illustrate, a pricing consultant is responsible for the list price of the Business Banking product portfolio in The Netherlands based on market trends, cost price and risks developments and/or the pricing strategy of competitors. As a pricing consultant you are E2E responsible for the pricing strategy, which means you prepare a pricing proposal, involve all relevant stakeholders, present the pricing proposal in the pricing committee, and are involved in external communication and implementation operational systems.Examples of projects: optimizing the price model, value-risk based pricing for lending, pricing for new payments proposition and the savings strategy under several interest rate scenarios.On a daily basis you are working in a team with seven other pricing experts. Besides, you collaborate closely with (senior) stakeholders from Sales, Digital & Remote Sales, Delivery Tribes (e.g. Daily Banking, Customer Data, Payments, Business Lending), Finance, Legal, Compliance, Credit and Market Risk Management. Moreover, you will become part of the Pricing Community DBNL to share best practices and align on pricing topics across products within ING DBNL.Who are you?You are strategically and analytically strong and easily form a vision. You substantiate your vision with facts and express it clearly.Your communication and organizational skills are above par. You dare to do things differently in a decisive and result orientated way and have proven experience in stakeholder management.You put the team's interests first whilst taking the lead. You voice your opinions clearly and aren't afraid to give and receive feedback.You want to make an impact.
