Kindly apply only if you can join immediately.Urgently required a DC with minimum 5 Years of UAE experience to join our firm.Responsibilities:Document Management:Create, receive, distribute, and maintain project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence, and reports.Organize and categorize documents according to project, phase, or department.Ensure all documents are properly named, dated, and version controlled.Data Entry and Record Keeping:Enter and update information in the document control database or software system.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and logs.Perform regular quality checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies.Document Distribution:Facilitate the distribution of documents to project team members and subcontractors.Track and confirm document receipt and acknowledge any requested changes or revisions.Compliance and Standards:Ensure that all project documents adhere to company standards and industry regulations.Implement document control procedures and policies to maintain data integrity.Document Retrieval:Respond to requests for documents promptly, both within the organization and from external parties.Archiving and Retention:Properly archive and store documents upon project completion or as per company guidelines.Assist with records retention and disposal in compliance with legal requirements.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless document flow.Provide training and support to team members on document control processes and tools.Requirements:Must have at least 5 years of UAE experience in a construction company, preferably on larger projects.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to document control.Must be fully conversant with MS office Package.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
