Construction Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join this Legal 500 firm who are highly regarded for their work in the construction sector, working closely with an array of clients on projects from inception to completion. The team act for developers, contractors, sub-contractors, construction professionals, and funders. The role will see you manage a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters including:-

• JCT contracts
• Joint ventures
• Developments
• Forward funding

You will be working closely with the firms construction partners and other senior lawyers giving you the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience whilst working on a varied and challenging caseload. To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least one years' post qualification experience of non-contentious construction gained within a leading Central London or Regional firm.
