Position: Supply Chain Admin Salary: Up To RM2000 Location: Shah Alam Job Descriptions:
- Sales support for daily operational activities. Monitoring the sales and order process.
- Key in sales order (SO).
- Follow up delivery status & work closely with third party logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Documentation Filing: Sorting documents and arranging all PO, SO, DO, and POD.
- Submission of payment reimbursement.
- Arrange booking of shipments, follow up shipment booking and status.
- Some tasks may involve or require coordination with other departments.
- Involved in supply chain management, data entries & transactions, data preparation, and any ad-hoc tasks.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or above.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate should demonstrate attentiveness, passion, hard work, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) is required.
