Job Description :Job Title:Professional Quantity Surveyor

Location:Offshore (Remote)

Company:ProEdge Consulting, an offshore construction professional services firm serving international clients.

Compensation:A permanent role with a salary of PKR 200,000 per month.

Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. This role involves cost management, procurement advice, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide preliminary cost advice and elemental cost planning.

Develop procurement strategies and advise on best procurement practices.

Conduct detailed cost planning and control during all project stages.

Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process.

Administer contracts and handle cost control during construction.

Conduct final account settlements and reconcile project costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.

Strong knowledge of construction costs and contract administration.

Proficiency in estimation software packages such as CostX, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Additional Information:

Relevant assessments may be conducted to test your proficiencies and abilities.

Job Specification :Strong knowledge of construction costs and contract administration.

Expertise in cost management, procurement strategies, and financial control.
