Lead the QS team for the water and wastewater construction project within a Giga project.Client DetailsThey are one of the leading Water & Wastewater management companies globally.DescriptionLeading QS team to manage the re-measurement contract, working with Construction teams to provide required BoQ information, issuing supporting documentation to Client for payments, undertaking discussions with Client to get agreement on payment applications.Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.Monitor and control project expenditures.Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.Ensure projects are completed within budget.Profile15-20 years experience.Background in utility (water sector would be a preference).Experience with EPC Contract, especially within a JV.Job OfferOpportunity to work on large scale projects within KSA.Contribute to KSA Vision 2030.SkillsQuantity Surveying
