About the job: Female Sales RepresentativePOSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for the sales activities of area-related products in assigned accounts in the market expanding department clients database. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets as per roadmap.FEMALES ONLYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for achieving total sales target by brand and by customer on a monthly basis.Executing sales reports, weekly time tracking, and covering assigned area through existing clients.Searches the market and identifies sales prospects.Maintain a maximum of 3% sales return.Achieve collection target and coordinate with internal collection team to ensure all due payments are collected as per SOP credit system.Review statements of accounts and collection records for the customer to allow sales orders.Communicate new products and service opportunities with existing and potential customers.Approach new clients and convert inquiries from potential clients to sales that will reflect on sales growth.Maintain and establish positive professional relationships with potential and existing clients.Respond to client inquiries, identify, and resolve their concerns through orientation sessions explaining product features.Follow up throughout the delivery process after placing the sales order.Gain product knowledge through continuous training on existing products or any new brands.Follow up with brand managers and demand planning to ensure availability of products and samples based on client needs.Execute and implement marketing events based on marketing calendar to create events, open days through aligning with marketing and education teams.KNOWLEDGE:Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role; sales certificates are a plus.Driving License is a must.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Hands-on experience with Oracle software is a plus.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
