Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training and talent management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  2. Lead the Training and Talent Management department, providing vision, direction, and guidance to team members.
  3. Ensure that all learning initiatives are aligned with business needs, are scalable, and effectively enhance employee performance.
  4. Lead the team in conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and revise existing training modules to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategy and direction.
  5. Continuously assess and improve the quality and impact of learning programs based on feedback and data analytics.
  6. Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
  7. Implement and maintain a robust succession planning process and framework to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization, developing relevant developmental programs to close competency gaps.
  8. Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and cultivate future leaders for key roles within the organization.
  9. Lead the team to manage performance management processes, including employees’ KPI setting, performance reviews, and 360-degree feedback mechanisms.
  10. Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the impact of training and talent management initiatives.
  12. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR, and external partners.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  2. In-depth knowledge of overall Human Resources practices.
  3. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in learning development, talent management, or a related HR function, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
