Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training and talent management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Lead the Training and Talent Management department, providing vision, direction, and guidance to team members.
- Ensure that all learning initiatives are aligned with business needs, are scalable, and effectively enhance employee performance.
- Lead the team in conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and revise existing training modules to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategy and direction.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality and impact of learning programs based on feedback and data analytics.
- Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
- Implement and maintain a robust succession planning process and framework to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization, developing relevant developmental programs to close competency gaps.
- Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and cultivate future leaders for key roles within the organization.
- Lead the team to manage performance management processes, including employees’ KPI setting, performance reviews, and 360-degree feedback mechanisms.
- Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the impact of training and talent management initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, HR, and external partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of overall Human Resources practices.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in learning development, talent management, or a related HR function, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
