We are hiring for our client - Roots Recruitment Services.OverviewAs a Staff Nurse, you will play an important role in providing and coordinating patient care within a healthcare facility. Your commitment, attention to detail, and clinical expertise will contribute to ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessing patient health and documenting their medical historyAdministering medications and treatments as prescribedMonitoring and reporting patient symptoms and changes in conditionCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plansProviding patient and family education on disease prevention and managementEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocolsParticipating in patient care conferences and staff meetingsAssisting with medical procedures and examinationsDocumenting all patient care actions and interventionsResponding to medical emergencies and providing immediate careOverseeing the proper use and maintenance of medical equipmentSupporting and mentoring nursing assistants and other staffAdhering to ethical and professional standards of nursing practiceRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Associate's degree in NursingValid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationProficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of patient care regulations and best practicesDemonstrated empathy and compassion in patient interactionsSkills: cardiac care,intensive care,neonatal intensive care unit (nicu),picu
