Designation: Talent Acquisition - HR Industry: Apparel Manufacturing Location: Arekere, Bengaluru (Work from office) Experience: 2-5 Years in core recruitment (Non-IT recruitment) Education qualification: MBA or MSW in HR Job Responsibilities :
- Sourcing candidates through Job portals and other sources.
- Screen the candidates and share relevant profiles.
- Verifying documents and doing salary negotiation.
- Onboarding candidate with in TAT.
- Maintain a daily recruitment tracker.
- Stakeholder management.
- Applicant tracking system management.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience using Naukri and Linkedin Job Portals.
- Must be passionate about recruitment.
- Must be from Non-IT recruitment background.
- Candidates from Apparel, Textile, Garment, Manufacturing, or similar industry experience preferred.
