Job Description: As a CRM Developer at GSource Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom CRM solutions within our Bitrix24 self-hosted environment. Your primary focus will be on creating automation, developing backend functionalities, and integrating third-party systems to ensure seamless operations across various business units. - System Development and Customization:
- Develop, configure, and customize Bitrix24 self-hosted CRM to meet business needs.
- Implement and manage complex workflows and automations within the CRM.
- Create custom modules, components, and plugins to enhance CRM functionality.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and applications using PHP, JavaScript, and Bitrix24 API.
- Integration and API Management:
- Integrate Bitrix24 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Manage API connections and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
- Database Management:
- Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases used by the CRM system.
- Ensure data integrity and implement backup and recovery solutions.
- Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their use of CRM functionalities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and processes.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement performance enhancements and ensure system scalability.
- Regularly update and patch the Bitrix24 system to maintain security and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a CRM Developer, with a strong focus on Bitrix24 self-hosted systems.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Bitrix24 API and other relevant APIs.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with other CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Certification in Bitrix24 or other CRM platforms.
