Finance Process Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term

We have a fantastic 12 month fixed term for an experienced Process Analyst to jump onboard our finance transformation and as we move into our new ways of working in Finance. In this role you will:
  • Support the finance team with process development, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and adjustment as required.
  • Support the finance transformation by keeping across emerging technologies and supporting the finance team to adopt new tools and processes.
  • Assist with report design and analysis for the finance team.
  • Support the Head of Finance Experience to train finance staff on new process and technologies.
  • Keep up to date and accurate documentation of finance process, procedure, and policy documentation.
  • Assist with or run business process improvement workshops as required.
  • Support the timely and accurate execution of everyday finance functions such as month and year-end reporting and Business Unit financial performance reporting.
  • Act as a back-up for the Financial Systems Specialist role.
  • Provide assistance to the Head of Finance Experience for other specific projects and duties as required from time to time.
In this role you will bring:
  • Circa 5 years Finance experience across a broad range of processes
  • Significant, proven business process improvement experience
  • Self-starter with good initiative
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and learn new technologies
  • Strong social and communication skills to engage with the business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills, and financial software (ERP systems)
